The staff were thoughtful and the breakfast was enjoyable. Loved the room with climate control, a writing desk, and a couch. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. the location was perfect, surrounded by parks, bike/jogging trail, movie theater, gym, and restaurants. My stay here was fairly nice.

Dirty, nasty, there was a piece of shrimp in my bed. They don't turn the Ac on in the halls. In Florida! It smelt terrible. Dust all over the place. Felt Like a hotel From a third world country

A huge variety of options for savoury breakfast. The rooms with a roll-in shower. Decent and perfect location for our needs, not far from nearby Lakeland, a movie theater and Orlando. A huge variety of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

Hallway to the doors is enclosed, they had non smoking rooms, it was relatively quiet at night, hot running water, the lights worked (yeah thats about it).

I mentioned when booking that I would arrive late and the family that apparently lives in the hotel and runs it took forever to give me my key leaving me to freeze outside. The sheets were stained and had hair on them. The head board fell off the wall (I only sat up in bed to read and it fell on me). I reserved a king room and got two queens with no microwave (I was gonna heat up some food....). The bathroom was only slightly clean with hair still on the floor. There were only two small scratchy towels and all the walls were dirty and had holes in them some stuffed with tissue to fill the holes...

The room had double beds and was pet-friendly, providing everything we needed.
